Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept PayPal,Visa,Master card,American Express,Shop Pay,Apple Pay,Google Pay.
Why did my payment fail?
Some reasons for failed payments:
1.You filled up the wrong SMS confirmation code sent by the bank.
2.Your payment account balance is not enough.
3.To prevent fraud and other fraudulent activities, we use a risk management system to perform security checks on payment transactions. Card issuers also conduct card security checks when processing transactions. If payment is suspected, the transaction will be closed and the payment will fail.4.Poor network connection.
Order canceling
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to make any changes to your recently completed order, send us a note to Brigii Customer Support as soon as possible. Our fulfillment center processes orders efficiently, you are not able to cancel your order once it’s shipped.If the package has not been shipped out, we will cancel your order. This processing will take 1-2 business days.
Return
Can I return the order if I received the product? If so, who is responsible for return shipping costs?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer needs to bear the shipping cost if the product has no quality issues.
Refunds
How can I get a refund for my canceled or returned order?
Canceled order: The payment will be refunded within 5 business days after the process is completed.
Order rejection: If your order has been rejected, we will refund your payment within 5 business days.
Returned order: Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Info
Do you offer free shipping?We do offer free shipping for our product in US area (not including replacement accessories).
What is your shipping method?
We will select the most suitable warehouse and carrier company, such as Amazon FBA, USPS, UPS, FedEX etc. According to the shipping address.
Can I change the shipping address or other information after the order is placed?
Sorry, the order cannot be revised or changed if the order has been shipped.
