1. How will my delivery be shipped?

We will select the most suitable warehouse and carrier company such as Amazon FBA, USPS, UPS, and FedEX ... according to the shipping address.

2. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

3. What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?

4. My order arrived damaged.

5. What countries do you ship to?

We now offer shipping services in the US.

6. We cannot deliver to the following areas:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico,Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

7. What if I don't receive my package?

  • If the tracking status shows "delivered", yet you have not received your package, please contact customer support at service@brigii.com
  • If after 10 days from placing your order, you do not have any update on shipping and have not received your package, please contact customer support atservice@brigii.com
  • If any packages get lost in transit, we will open a case with our logistic partner Amazon, as they assume responsibility for shipping our inventory out of their warehouse.It normally takes 10 business days for Amazon to finish their investigation of the issue. After they have finished, we will be able to send a replacement or process a full refund.

8. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
